I am a Clinical Psychologist and Neuropsychologist, supporting individuals, couples, and families facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, substance use and other behavioural addictions, relationship difficulties, parenting challenges, and cognitive or neuropsychological concerns affecting daily functioning and well-being. Working with me is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based, providing a safe and supportive space where clients can better understand their experiences, build resilience, strengthen relationships, and develop healthier coping and parenting strategies. I work with adults and adolescents.
