Jungian Analyst

“Conflict exists strictly as an opportunity to raise our consciousness” - C.G. Jung. I accompany individuals in discovering the meaning and hidden growth opportunities behind their difficulties and symptoms. I also offer group work focusing on a specific theme or population such as helping professions and burnout.

About Me

I accompany individuals in discovering the meaning and hidden growth opportunities behind their difficulties and symptoms. When facing life's challenges, we can uncover profound insights together. We explore how your experiences, even struggles, hold keys to greater consciousness and personal development. I also offer group work, providing focused support for specific themes like burnout in helping professions. This approach is ideal for those seeking to understand themselves more deeply.

Approach

Conflict becomes a doorway I invite you to step through, turning moments of tension into material we examine together. In my Bern office or via secure online sessions in English, French or Turkish, we set a steady, responsive pace that respects your timing and capacity. Sessions move between attentive listening, dream- and image-focused reflection, and occasional simple creative experiments or journaling between meetings to notice shifts in feeling and meaning. This way of working tends to suit those facing burnout, chronic illness or recurring patterns who want thoughtful, image-led exploration.
