About Us
We provide online therapy to individuals, adolescents, and families in Plano, Texas, and across the United States. We perform psych and diagnostic assessments and neuropsychological testing to clarify your diagnosis and guide your treatment plan.
Approach
We meet clients primarily online and from Plano, shaping sessions to be predictable, paced, and practical while honoring our team's lived experience with disability and neurodivergence. Sessions usually start with focused questions and, when helpful, targeted evaluations that clarify what to practice; therapy moves between brief skill work, collaborative planning, and gentle processing so progress feels concrete.
