About Me

Navigating family conflict can feel isolating. I offer a compassionate, experienced space for individuals and families to find clarity. We work together to understand negative communication and behaviour patterns. My aim is to help you counteract these dynamics, fostering lasting, positive change. You can develop healthier interactions and a greater sense of connection within your family system. Discover practical ways to build stronger relationships.

Approach

Creating desired change happens through focused, practical conversations that map who says what and how patterns replay in everyday life. I offer sessions in Brooklyn and online in English, keeping the pace steady and the work accessible for children, couples, and families. In sessions we use playful, age‑appropriate tasks alongside relational and psychodynamic reflection so you can practice new responses together and try small experiments between meetings. This way of working often helps families seeking clearer communication and more reliable routines.
