As an experienced Counseling psychologist, I support individuals and couples facing significant life challenges. I work to create a safe, empowering space for those impacted by gender violence and abuse, work place conficts and those facing personal life challenges/ issues. I can help you find your voice and reclaim strength. For families and marriages, I guide respectful conversations to build stronger connections. My approach also reflects a deep commitment to mental health advocacy within the community.

Passionate about supporting those affected by numerous challengess, life struggles and strengthening family ties, my work focuses on practical, paced steps that restore safety and agency. In Nairobi and within its vicinity, telephone and online sessions in English and Kiswahili following a predictable structure balancing focused assessment, reflective dialogue and short tasks between meetings. I blend careful listening with clear safety planning and advocacy when needed, helping clients notice small shifts and rebuild trusted connections.
