About Me

As an artist and art therapist, I offer a unique space where words aren't always necessary. We can work collaboratively, using creative expression to explore feelings that might be hard to name. This approach is ideal if traditional talk therapy feels challenging. It's a gentle way to process experiences and find new perspectives. I guide you to unlock emotions and foster self-discovery through art.

Approach

Making becomes a way to notice what words miss, using materials, mark-making and brief reflection to bring feeling into view. In my Minneapolis studio sessions are in-person, paced to your rhythm, and shaped for children, adolescents or adults so everyone can engage safely. We move between images and gentle questioning to trace patterns beneath anxiety, mood shifts or addictive behaviours, sometimes leaving small creative prompts to try between meetings. This way of working often helps folks seeking a quieter, hands-on path to change.
