I help my clients break out of patterns that are holding them back so they can move forward with more clarity and direction.

About Me

I’m a psychotherapist based in Pickering Village and the founder of Nebula Therapy. I work with people dealing with anxiety, relationships, addiction, and that general feeling of being off track or stuck in the same patterns. My style is pretty direct. I help you connect what’s happening right now to the bigger patterns underneath it. We’ll zoom in on your day-to-day situations, then zoom out and make sense of why it keeps happening. My style is direct and collaborative. I’ll challenge you when needed, but everything we do is grounded in what actually works for you.

Approach

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach here. What works for you might not work for someone else, so we figure that out together. I adjust how I work based on what you actually need. Sometimes that’s structure, sometimes it’s space to process, sometimes it’s being challenged. The goal is to find what actually helps you move forward, not force a method that doesn’t fit.
