About Me

I am a counseling psychologist with 4+ years of experience in supporting adolescents and young adults in Bangalore and Chennai. I work extensively with clients who feel stuck in a cycle of worry, experience low mood and harsh self-criticism. I also work with them to help understand relationships and triggers better. Therapy can help untangle these patterns and reconnect with yourself. Working with me would look like exploring what’s holding you back, using mindfulness and body-based techniques to help you feel more grounded and in control. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, body image concerns, or relationship challenges, we’ll work at your pace to build self-awareness and healthier coping strategies. I work with an intention to empower and encourage you to move forward into your purpose, equipping you with the skills, tools, and resources you can utilize.

Approach

Sessions focus on translating concerns into clear, measurable steps we agree on, with a steady pace that balances practical skills and reflection. I conduct my sessions online, and I am comfortable in English, Hindi/Urdu and Tamil. I use short guided practices, in-session explorations and brief between-session tasks to build momentum. Progress is monitored with simple tracking so adjustments are timely rather than vague. This approach tends to suit adolescents, young adults and adults seeking structured, goal-focused work with real-life application.
