Dr Arthur Stabolidis

Clinical Psychologist

You have come here with a concern you want some help with. Understanding that concern, its impact on your life, and its place within the story of your life is an integral part of the therapy process. I am endorsed by The Psychology Board of Australia as a clinical psychologist and deliver on-line therapy.

About Me

I help you explore your concerns, understanding their impact and place within your life story. This narrative approach, delivered through online therapy, offers a flexible way to gain clarity from home. It's ideal for those seeking to unravel patterns and find new ways forward. We'll work collaboratively to connect the dots.

Approach

When we trace the patterns that shape your days, I keep the work practical and paced so the process fits alongside life. From my Melbourne base I offer English-language sessions in clinic or via secure online video, and we use focused reflection, brief assessment, skills practice and mindfulness or guided imagery where it helps. Between sessions you'll get short, relevant steps to try and we review what works. This way suits people managing anxiety, attention challenges, chronic illness or major transitions.
