Ms Arooj Imtiaz Abbasi, MSc
Clinical Psychologist
“If you are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or struggling to make sense of your thoughts and experiences, you do not have to navigate it alone. As a Clinical Psychologist, I work with adolescents and adults who are facing anxiety, depression, trauma-related difficulties, ADHD, relationship challenges, emotional regulation concerns, and major life transitions. Many of the individuals I see are high-functioning on the outside but internally battling self-doubt, overthinking, stress, or unresolved past experiences. In therapy, I provide a structured yet compassionate space where we work collaboratively to understand what is happening beneath the surface. I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and integrative therapeutic frameworks, to help you develop practical coping strategies, emotional insight, and long-term psychological resilience. If needed, I also offer comprehensive psychological assessments to provide diagnostic clarity and guide effective treatment planning. My goal is not only symptom relief, but meaningful and sustainable change — helping you build healthier patterns, strengthen emotional awareness, and move forward with greater confidence and stability.”
