About Me

As an experienced Clinical Psychologist, I offer a warm, professional space. I draw on therapies like CBT, meditation, and PMRT. These can help you find effective ways forward. I guide individuals seeking practical tools for managing stress and building resilience in daily life. For example, we might use meditation to cultivate inner calm. My goal is to help you discover approaches that truly resonate, supporting your well-being.

Approach

Sessions move between focused skill practice and quiet reflection, paced to your needs so change feels manageable rather than overwhelming. I work from my Gujrat office and online, offering help in English, Urdu/Hindi and Punjabi to keep things culturally and practically accessible. In-session we use brief, hands-on exercises, guided visualisation and stepwise plans you can try between meetings; I track what’s helpful and adjust the rhythm together. This way of working suits adults facing anxiety, addiction, relationship strain or grief who want steady, practical progress.
