Mr Arnaud Guibert

Hypnotherapist

verified by TherapyRoute

I support adolescents, adults, and couples facing emotional overwhelm, anxiety, relationship difficulties, or major life transitions. Many people I work with feel lost, stuck, or unsettled without always knowing why. My role is to offer a safe and grounded space to understand what is happening, regulate emotions, and restore inner stability so you can move forward with greater clarity and alignment.

About Me

I am a psychotherapist and creativity coach working with adolescents, adults, and couples. People often come to see me when they feel emotionally overwhelmed, caught in repetitive patterns, or disconnected from themselves or their relationship. At times, it can be difficult to understand what is happening or to put it into words. The therapeutic work then offers a space to explore, understand, and transform what is being lived, at one’s own pace. I offer a calm and respectful therapeutic framework to slow down and make sense of lived experience. My approach is integrative and relational, with attention to emotions, the body, and the more implicit dimensions of experience. Together, we work to strengthen emotional regulation, clarify relational dynamics, and restore inner stability so you can move forward with greater clarity and choice. I work with both local and international clients, including expatriates facing cultural adjustment, isolation, or major life transitions. Sessions are available in French and English, in person and online.

Approach

In sessions, presence guides a process that is both concrete and exploratory, adapting to your own rhythm and experience. In Ho Chi Minh City or online, in French or English, I offer a safe framework to explore emotions, bodily sensations, images, and lived situations. These explorations are then translated into insight and practical adjustments between sessions. My approach is integrative and relational, with particular attention to the body, emotional experience, and the quality of the therapeutic relationship, aiming for lasting inner clarity rather than quick fixes.
