About Me

This psychoanalyst offers a unique approach for individuals navigating neurodivergence, trauma, or depression. Through therapeutic expressive arts and meditation, online sessions provide a gentle space to explore complex feelings and find new perspectives. This approach supports clients in making sense of their experiences and building inner resilience. Online sessions ensure privacy and convenience, allowing you to engage deeply from your own space.

Approach

Sessions unfold with me guiding art-making and short meditative anchors so you can notice patterns without pressure. From my New York practice I offer secure online sessions in English, paced to each person's sensory and attention needs and adaptable for children, adolescents, or older adults. In session we alternate gentle expressive prompts, skills practice, and brief between-session exercises that help translate insight into everyday routines. Many people find this steady, creative rhythm brings clearer emotional maps and small, reliable ways to ease overwhelm.
