Apurva Dixit

Psychotherapist

In my therapeutic orientation, I use an integrative approach that ties in Psychodynamic, Existential- Humanistic, Relational, Expressive Arts and Group Analytic modalities. I also use a Trauma-informed, Queer Affirmative & Social justice lens to my work.

About Me

I offer a space where you can explore life's big questions and daily challenges. My integrative approach blends Existential-Humanistic insights with practical tools like CBT and mindfulness practices. Working through a trauma-informed, queer affirmative, and social justice lens, I try to create a welcoming and understanding environment. This means we can gently explore what truly matters to you, helping you find clarity and build resilience. You'll gain practical strategies for navigating complex feelings and experiences.

Approach

You’ll notice sessions flow between reflective dialogue, art-based experiments and skill practice that we shape to your pace. I work with adults in Goa and online, offering sessions in English or Hindi and flexible rhythms to fit life’s demands. The process mixes noticing relational and trauma-driven patterns, gentle expressive work, and practical tools—sometimes short art tasks or psychoeducation between meetings—to strengthen clarity and coping. Those facing transitions, identity questions, mood or relationship strains tend to find this balance steadying.
