Apeksha M M

Psychotherapist

Trauma informed, neurodiversity aware, queer informed therapist- working with individuals experiencing relational difficulties, grief, trauma, psychological distress, self esteem or body image concerns or other mental health concerns. Follows a relational approach, through a feminist lens and practices body work.

About Me

I work with individuals navigating relational difficulties, grief, trauma, or concerns about self-esteem and body image. My relational approach is trauma-informed, neurodiversity-aware, and queer-informed, offering a supportive space. I integrate body work, helping you connect with your inner experience and find a steady path forward. Through a feminist lens, our sessions help you explore challenges and build lasting self-esteem.

Approach

Grounded in that feminist perspective, I guide work with gentle curiosity and clear structure so your body sensations and relationships become useful information for change. In Bengaluru I offer English sessions in person and online, pacing each meeting to sensory needs and balancing talk with somatic practices and short reflective tasks between sessions. Therapy is collaborative: we map patterns, test small experiments, and tend to shame or overwhelm as they arise while keeping safety central. This steady, embodied way often helps people shift how they relate to themselves and others.
