Anya Reddy

Play Therapist

I help children and families build resilience and connection through Synergetic Play Therapy and strengths-based Parent Coaching. I support emotional overwhelm, behavioral challenges, anxiety, grief, and parenting stress—creating a safe space where both kids and caregivers feel heard and empowered.

About Me

I understand the overwhelm when children grapple with big feelings or families face disconnection. Through Synergetic Play Therapy, I help children express themselves freely. For caregivers, strengths-based Parent Coaching offers practical ways to navigate challenges. Our sessions provide a safe space. Here, your child can explore emotions and you feel truly heard. This collaborative approach empowers both kids and parents to build lasting resilience together.

Approach

When emotions run high at home, I guide play-based sessions that let children lead while caregivers learn practical strategies in gentle coaching. Sessions are held in my Bengaluru office and online in English, paced to each family's rhythm with chances to practice new responses between meetings. Through expressive play, reflective questions, and short goal-focused coaching, we notice patterns, try small changes, and celebrate what helps your child feel steadier. This approach suits caregivers seeking hands-on support for anxiety, grief, behavioral shifts, or everyday parenting stress.
