Miss Antara S.
Psychotherapist
“Hey there! I am a therapist working with adults and LGBTQIA+ individuals who may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, hurt, or stuck in difficult emotional and relationship patterns. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can talk freely, feel heard, and begin to understand yourself with more compassion and clarity.”
About Me
I work with adults who may be struggling with anxiety, burnout, self-esteem, relationship concerns, family stress, body image, or the impact of childhood trauma, relationship trauma, and abuse. I also offer an affirming space for LGBTQIA+ individuals where you can feel understood without having to explain or defend who you are. My aim is to help you make sense of your emotions, understand your patterns, and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
Approach
I work in a warm, collaborative, and gently paced way. Together, we try to understand what you are feeling, where it may be coming from, and what support might actually help. I want therapy to feel human, steady, and grounded so that you can slowly build more self-understanding, emotional safety, and trust in yourself.
My intention is to offer a space that feels steady, accepting, and real, where healing can happen through understanding, emotional safety, and a deeper connection with yourself.
