I combine person-centred talk therapy (entails reflections and curiosity about your experiences) with practical skills (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy) . You’ll notice sessions move at a steady, practical pace, where curiosity and care guide what we explore together. We meet in the setting that suits you—your preferred mix of online or face-to-face—and I keep the session structure flexible so we can shift from calm reflection to focused skill practice when needed. Between sessions I offer simple, doable exercises and brief check-ins to keep momentum without overwhelm.
