Navigating life can feel really confusing. So let's co-create a space where you can freely bring your confusions, your thoughts, you fears, and everything in between.

About Me

I’m a certified psychotherapist who has supported 300+ individuals across the globe on their mental health journeys. I started my own practice with a simple belief that people don’t need to be fixed, but they need space. Space to feel, to pause, to understand themselves without judgment. My work is rooted in creating that gentler space, where I can walk with you through the different pieces of your mind.

Approach

My approach to therapy is very collaborative. I combine person-centred talk therapy (entails reflections and curiosity about your experiences) with practical skills (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy) . You’ll notice sessions move at a steady, practical pace, where curiosity and care guide what we explore together. We meet in the setting that suits you—your preferred mix of online or face-to-face—and I keep the session structure flexible so we can shift from calm reflection to focused skill practice when needed. Between sessions I offer simple, doable exercises and brief check-ins to keep momentum without overwhelm.
