Ms Anshita Bhardwaj

Occupational Therapist

I'm a dedicated professional working in Paediatric setup. Inspired by the resilience and joy of the children I work with, I am dedicated to making a positive difference in their lives and helping them embrace their abilities. I'm empathetic towards the challenges faced by both children and their families.

About Me

I am a paediatric occupational therapist, deeply inspired by children's natural resilience and empathetic to the challenges families face. I guide young people to embrace their unique abilities, helping them navigate daily life with confidence. We work collaboratively in sessions to explore practical strategies. My aim is to help your child thrive, offering dedicated support for your family's journey.

Approach

Gentle, play-led experiments shape how I help children build skills and confidence, keeping sessions warm and goal-focused. From my Delhi base I offer appointments in English and Hindi/Urdu, both in-person and online to suit family routines. Assessments use playful tasks and everyday routines to break goals into small steps—whether managing attention, social differences, behaviour, or rebuilding daily skills after neurological events—so families leave with clear, practical strategies to try between sessions. Parents seeking collaborative, steady progress often find this approach reassuring.
