Annie Szalkai

Psychotherapist (Registered)

You don’t have to carry the weight of anxiety or self-doubt alone. I offer a compassionate space, using ACT, EFT, CBT, and somatic tools to support mind–body healing. Let’s begin your path toward greater confidence, connection, and ease.

About Me

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I help adults facing life transitions, anxiety, stress or mood disorders. I use ACT, MBCT, CBT and psychodynamic therapy to build coping skills and clearer goals.

Approach

Together we slow the rush of self-doubt into manageable steps, gently testing what helps you feel steadier. Online sessions, in English or Hungarian, move at a steady pace—brief grounding, a focused skill or insight, and space to notice how your body responds. I use acceptance-based experiments, somatic noticing and short reflective tasks between meetings so practical shifts show up day-to-day. This way of working tends to suit people facing transitions, anxiety or burnout who want grounded, actionable change.
