Annette Williams

Psychotherapist

I aim to help people explore their lives, encouraging them to be reflective in a way that expands their awareness and facilitates change

About Me

I offer an integrative approach to psychotherapy, inviting you to reflect deeply on your experiences. We can explore your life together, fostering new awareness that lights the path to meaningful change. This reflective process suits those ready to understand themselves better and find clearer ways forward. My aim is to support you in finding your own way forward.

Approach

I help you slow down in sessions so small moments of noticing reveal habits, wounds and resources you can work with. Working from my Dublin practice or online, I blend gentle creative prompts, mindfulness exercises and careful questioning to keep the work tangible and paced to your needs. Between sessions we may use short practices to solidify new responses, and in-session I stay attuned to safety when trauma or strong emotions arise. People seeking thoughtful, steady exploration—adolescents and adults—tend to find this approach helpful.
