I specialise in helping individuals navigate the lasting impact of trauma and attachment patterns. Many find these old ways of being limit their choices and sense of freedom. Together, we can explore these ingrained patterns, understanding how they developed and gently releasing their hold. This collaborative work helps you cultivate new responses, fostering a greater sense of possibility and peace. My aim is to support you in creating genuine choice.
Approach
Letting go of ingrained ways opens real choice, and I work with you to notice what keeps those old responses alive so you can experiment with something different. In sessions—in person in Co. Leitrim or online in English—I listen closely, pace the work to your tolerance, and offer gentle prompts and reflective tasks you can try between meetings to build new responses. This collaborative, steady pacing suits adults facing anxiety or life transitions who want practical, felt change.
