Mrs Anna Mullen

Psychotherapist

A competent and compassionate practitioner that will guide you through emotional healing journey and will allow you to let go of the past. Helping you with anxiety, stress, self-esteem and emotional overwhelm.

About Me

This psychotherapist offers a compassionate space for navigating life's emotional challenges. They competently guide individuals through an emotional healing journey, helping to release the grip of the past. This approach suits those grappling with anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, or feeling emotionally overwhelmed. The focus is on developing practical coping skills, fostering calm, and building self-acceptance.

Approach

Guiding you toward releasing old patterns, I work at a steady, client-paced rhythm that balances talking, practical skills and gentle experiments. From my Bradford base I offer sessions in English and Polish and hold space online so work fits your life. In session we clarify triggers, practise simple mindfulness and rehearsal exercises, and set brief between-session tasks that build confidence and calm. This way of working tends to suit people who want clear tools, compassionate support and steady progress.
