Do you struggle with bulimia, overeating, or constant thoughts about food and weight loss? I can help. If anxiety or depression feels overwhelming, I offer support. As a CBT Psychotherapist, I guide you to understand and shift these patterns. Our work together focuses on courageously enlisting support, often the point of true personal growth.
