“I offer online counselling and psychotherapy for adults experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, low mood, life transitions and emotional challenges. I provide a warm, confidential space to understand what is happening beneath the surface and work towards meaningful, lasting change.”

About me

I am an experienced Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist with over 17 years of clinical experience working with adults from a wide range of backgrounds. I offer a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can speak openly about what is troubling you and feel genuinely heard. I work with people experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, relationship and family difficulties, grief and loss, workplace pressures, low self-esteem and significant life changes. Therapy with me is collaborative and tailored to you rather than based on a one-size-fits-all approach. I work online with adults and offer therapy in both English and Greek.

Approach

My approach is integrative and relational, drawing particularly on psychodynamic, humanistic and mindfulness-based approaches. This means we can explore both what is happening in your life now and how earlier experiences, relationships and patterns may be influencing the way you feel and respond today. I aim to provide a safe and accepting therapeutic relationship where we can develop a deeper understanding of your difficulties, recognise patterns that may no longer be helpful and support meaningful emotional change.
