Registered Psychologist

Do you feel lost ? even if your life looks “fine” from the outside? Perhaps you’re navigating relationship conflict, burnout, trauma, or a quiet sense of disconnection from yourself. Maybe you feel stuck in patterns that repeat despite your best efforts or you’re functioning well on the surface but internally feel depleted, uncertain, or misaligned. I work with adolescents and adults who are seeking clarity, healing and deeper alignment, whether they are navigating trauma, relationship challenges, burnout, mood difficulties, attention struggles, or simply a loss of direction. My approach integrates psychological science, trauma-informed therapy, nervous system regulation, and carefully grounded energy-based practices. Together, we work not only to reduce symptoms, but to restore coherence between mind, body, and inner sense of purpose. Therapy with me is about coming home to yourself.

About Me

Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable individuals who feel quietly overwhelmed or disconnected. Some are navigating PTSD or unresolved trauma. Some are stuck in painful relationship dynamics. Others are professionals experiencing burnout or a deeper existential fatigue. I offer a steady, compassionate and structured space where complexity is welcome. We explore patterns gently but honestly. We regulate the nervous system. We build practical tools for emotional resilience, and we create space for deeper insight and integration. While my work is grounded in evidence-based psychology, I also recognize that healing is not only cognitive. Our thoughts, emotions, nervous system, and energetic states are interconnected. When appropriate and aligned with your belief system, I may incorporate energy-based modalities informed by principles of coherence, regulation, and interconnected systems always within a professional and psychologically grounded framework. The aim is sustainable change — not quick relief, but meaningful integration.

Approach

Therapy begins by creating safety and stability. From there, our work may include: • Trauma processing (including EMDR) • Couples counselling and conflict mediation • Burnout recovery and workplace stress support • Emotional regulation and resilience-building • Attention and executive functioning support where relevant • Exploring identity, purpose, and life direction • Nervous system regulation practices • Integrative mind–body techniques to restore internal balance I work at your pace. Some clients seek practical tools and clarity. Others want deeper transformational work. Many want both. Sessions are available in Randburg and online, in English or Afrikaans.
