I offer a calm and understanding space for teenagers (14 and older) and adults seeking support. My work helps individuals navigate challenges, fostering resilience and well-being tailored to their unique needs. I also specialise in supporting adults and children affected by eating disorders. Together, we can explore feelings and build practical strategies. This helps foster healthier relationships with food and body, leading to meaningful change.

Enjoying work with young people and adults shapes how I hold sessions: steady, respectful and tuned to each person's pace. In Johannesburg or online, and in English, seTswana, isiXhosa or isiZulu, sessions mix focused assessment with gentle reflection, often including small, practical experiments between meetings. When mood, family dynamics or eating concerns emerge I translate clinical findings into clear, collaborative steps we try together and adjust as needed. This approach suits those who prefer practical pacing and shared responsibility for change.
