Andrew Goldstein

Registered Social Worker

My primary goal as a therapist is to create a safe space for my clients. I see my work with my clients as a collaborative process in which I encourage you to focus on your own strengths and abilities.

About Me

I aim to create a truly safe space where you can feel fully heard. Our work together is a collaborative process, focusing on your unique strengths and innate abilities. We will explore new ways to navigate life's challenges. This approach offers a deeply supportive environment. It is ideal for anyone ready to foster personal growth and gain clarity.

Approach

My focus is on helping you notice what already works and gently test new ways forward, so progress feels manageable and meaningful. I offer English-language sessions in North York and secure online meetings, which lets us carry momentum between appointments and adapt to your schedule. Sessions blend skill-building with reflective exploration—short practical experiments, careful attention to recurring patterns, and connection to values that shape work, relationships, faith, and recovery from hurt. This approach often fits adults facing transitions, burnout, or questions about purpose.
