Specialising in supporting parents to help their children Deep understanding of trans generational trauma

About Me

I work with parents, guiding them to help their children navigate emotional challenges. I understand how family histories, including trans-generational trauma, can echo through generations. Through creative approaches, we can explore ways to understand your child's world and foster stronger connections. My aim is to help you build confidence and find new ways to support your child's well-being.

Approach

When family stories or ancestral wounds appear in our conversations, I gently translate them into hands-on creative tasks so patterns become visible and manageable. In sessions from my Sydney studio or via online meetings in English we move at a steady, collaborative pace—short check-ins, art-based exploration, and focused planning for what you might try at home. Between sessions I offer simple reflections and small experiments to practise new responses with your child. Parents seeking practical, compassionate ways to shift repeated family patterns often find this approach helpful.
