Whether you have spent a lot of time reflecting on your experiences or have had little space to explore your emotions, therapy can offer a place to pause, feel, and make sense of what you carry. I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, and the impacts of different forms of violence, including relational, gendered, or systemic experiences that may not always be easy to name. Therapy with me focuses on who you are beyond a problem, including your psychological, emotional, and relational resources. Together, we clarify meaningful goals and orient the process toward developing greater self-awareness, agency, and ways of living that feel more aligned, sustainable, and supportive. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and body-based. Together, we create a safe and supportive space where movement and embodied experiences help access emotions and patterns that may be difficult to express in words, and gently connect them with reflection and dialogue. I integrate relational, systemic, critical, and feminist perspectives, and work at a pace that respects your needs and rhythms. My aim is to support you in building embodied resources, emotional awareness, and greater agency, so you can navigate your life and relationships with more care, clarity, and choice.

About Me

I work with adults and have extensive experience supporting people affected by gender-based violence, as well as those navigating anxiety and depression. I have also worked with adolescents and their families, supporting relational processes and emotional regulation within family systems. I deeply value the therapeutic relationship and approach therapy as a collaborative, trauma-informed space, where safety, care, and trust are central. I am committed to co-constructing supportive environments that help people expand the tools they use to move through life, make decisions, and relate to their emotions with greater clarity and compassion. My work integrates the body and movement as core therapeutic resources. A trauma-informed, somatic approach allows us not only to think about change, but to embody it—accessing experiences and insights that may not always be available through words alone. I draw from relational, systemic, critical, and feminist perspectives, as well as creative processes, to support meaningful and sustainable change.

Approach

My approach to therapy is relational, trauma-informed, and body-based. I believe that meaningful change happens through safe relationships, attuned presence, and an understanding of how emotions and experiences live in the body, not only in thoughts. In our work together, I integrate movement, creative exploration, and verbal reflection to support you in making sense of what you are experiencing. For some people, words come easily but can also be overwhelming and their thoughts disconnected from the emotional experience; for others, emotions have been held for a long time without space to be expressed. Working with the body allows us to gently access these experiences and build a bridge between felt experience and understanding. I draw from relational, systemic, critical, and feminist perspectives, and I work collaboratively, respecting your pace, boundaries, and choices. My intention is not to “fix” you, but to support you in developing embodied resources, emotional awareness, and agency, so you can relate to yourself and others with more care, clarity, and flexibility.
