Approach
Drawing on PhD from University of Negros Occidental - Recoletos, I begin by mapping recurring patterns and naming the moments that derail you. In sessions we examine thoughts, track bodily cues, and test small behavioural experiments to shift responses. Between meetings you’ll practice brief exercises, note reactions in simple logs, and we review what changes and what stays fixed. Sessions are available online or in Western Visayas, in English and Tagalog, and suit individuals and couples ready to notice, test, and steady new rhythms.
