I am a psychologist in Chennai, Tamil Nadu who helps people manage life transitions, anger, body image issues, stress, and mood disorders. I offer confidential online therapy and practical tools you use to reduce overwhelm and improve daily functioning.

Approach

I use an eclectic approach to counselling and I mainly draw my interventions from Client-centred Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I aim to provide an empathetic therapeutic relationship, free of judgements and evaluation to help every individual attain mental wellness.
