Amanda Stemen

Licensed Clinical Social Workers

I'm collaborative, caring, and nonjudgmental, centering all sessions around mindfulness to best support you in getting back to you.

About Me

I'm here to offer a collaborative, caring, and nonjudgmental space where you can truly be yourself. If life feels overwhelming or you've lost touch with yourself, we can gently explore what's happening. I centre our sessions around mindfulness, helping you cultivate presence and inner calm. This approach supports you in finding clarity and getting back to your authentic self.

Approach

You’ll notice a steady, gentle rhythm to our work: sessions in English from my Los Angeles office or online move at a pace that fits your attention and energy, with space for quiet noticing and small, creative experiments between meetings. I guide with curiosity—helping you track patterns, try brief practices, and name what shifts—so change feels doable rather than overwhelming. This way of working suits people juggling mood, focus, relationships, or recovery who want practical, present-focused support.
