About Me
I offer a supportive space, especially for those in the LGBTQIA+ and Kink communities, or navigating Consensual Non-Monogamy. As a trauma-informed Narrative therapist, I help you explore your unique story, making sense of past experiences. We can work together to process difficulties and build resilience. Our sessions genuinely reflect your identity and journey, helping you find clarity and a path forward.
Approach
When we meet, I listen for the threads that shape your relationships, desires, and choices, then help you name and rearrange them so they feel less stuck. In my Denver office, in English, sessions move at a steady, collaborative pace: we weave narrative reflection with practical skills you can try between meetings, paying close attention to safety, boundaries, and triggers. Over time that combination often reduces anxiety around intimacy and decision-making. People navigating non-traditional relationships and queer or kink identities tend to find this careful, grounded way of working helpful.
