Clinical Psychologist

Verified

I’m an RCI-registered Clinical Psychologist helping adults, couples, and older adults work through anxiety, low mood, relationship strain, and stress that’s become hard to carry alone. In our sessions, you’ll find a space to speak freely, and leave with practical ways forward.

About Me

Reaching out to a psychologist is rarely easy, especially if you’ve been managing everything on your own for a long time. Many of the people I work with are doing exactly that: professionals carrying quiet stress, couples who’ve stopped feeling heard by each other, men who were never taught that asking for help is a strength, and older adults navigating change or loneliness. Working with me feels less like being analysed and more like having a structured, honest conversation. I listen without judgement, ask questions that help you see your situation more clearly, and I won’t keep you in therapy longer than you genuinely need. My training spans hospital, rehabilitation, and multidisciplinary healthcare settings, so I’m comfortable with both everyday struggles and complex clinical concerns. I practice in Jaipur and offer in-person and online sessions in English, and Hindi.

Approach

My work is grounded in evidence-based therapies — primarily Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET). In practice, this means we don’t just talk about problems; we understand the patterns behind them and build concrete skills to change them. Every plan is tailored. Some people need short, focused work on a specific issue; others benefit from deeper exploration. In our first sessions, we’ll clarify what’s actually going on, agree on goals together, and track progress openly — so you always know why we’re doing what we’re doing. Therapy with me is collaborative: you’re the expert on your life, and I bring the clinical tools and structure.
