About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Santa Barbara, California with a Licensed Psychologist credential. I work with adults and adolescents on abuse, adoption, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma. I provide consultation, individual therapy, child and adolescent therapy, and personal development work.

I provide a client-centered approach to therapy, where I tailor the tools of psychology to meet each individual where they are at. Some of the methods that I use include those from positive psychology, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and systems-based approaches.
