I will provide you with science-based tools and practices to support your journey to reducing anxiety, lowering stress, and finding a deep sense of calm.
I provide a client-centered approach to therapy, where I tailor the tools of psychology to meet each individual where they are at. Some of the methods that I use include those from positive psychology, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and systems-based approaches.
