Evenings and Saturday appointments let me shape sessions around your life so therapy fits rather than interrupts. In my Somerset West practice I offer sessions in English, isiXhosa or isiZulu, and hold a relaxed, confidential setting that respects time pressures. We move at your pace—brief check-ins on mood, focused exploration of relationship patterns, and practical experiments to try between meetings so progress feels tangible. This way of working often helps people juggling work or family who want clear steps and steady support.
