Ms Alison Dale
Psychotherapist (Registered)
“As a psychodynamic psychotherapist, I draw on my wealth of experience to help adults navigate emotional and psychological problems. I offer a supportive space where we can explore your feelings and thoughts From time to time we can all face, what seem like, insurmountable problems. Coping with these problems and the thoughts and emotions they arouse, may make us feel overwhelmed, depressed, angry or even, at times, suicidal. Our anxiety and stress can increase and we start to have difficulties in our relationships. Together, we work to understand challenges and develop practical ways to manage difficulties ”
