About Me
Approach
My approach is integrative, evidence-based, and deeply client-centred. I combine psychological insight with practical tools to help clients understand their patterns, regulate emotions, and create lasting change. Each session is structured, calm, and personalised, with a focus on safety, clarity, and emotional grounding.
I draw from a range of therapeutic frameworks, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based practices, inner-child work, and trauma-informed methods. This allows me to meet clients exactly where they are, whether they are struggling with anxiety, relationship distress, unresolved experiences, or a sense of emotional overwhelm.
For couples, my work centres on communication, emotional attunement, conflict reduction, and rebuilding trust. For individuals, I help deepen self-awareness, strengthen emotional resilience, and create healthier patterns of thinking, relating, and responding.
