Basic Information

Services

I offer a safe, welcoming space for clients to explore all parts of themselves. My practice is gender-affirming, LGBTQIA+ inclusive, and supportive of neurodiverse individuals in recognising strengths and building self-acceptance. I assist clients with burnout recovery and life restructuring.

Therapy is collaborative and practical, focusing on insight, confidence, and effective coping strategies for daily life. I provide compassionate, specialised care for adolescents and adults in recovery from substance use, alcohol, and eating disorders, with an emphasis on mental well-being and resilience.

My aim is to support clients through life transitions, strengthen relationships, and build balanced, meaningful lives grounded in growth and connection.
