Ms Alexis Mabon
Registered Social Worker
“I provide trauma-informed, attachment-focused psychotherapy for individuals who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from themselves and others. My approach is warm, relational, and rooted in creating emotional safety. I integrate evidence-based therapy with a deep understanding of the nervous system, attachment patterns, and the ways past experiences can continue to shape present-day struggles. I support clients in exploring anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, self-worth, emotional dysregulation, and the impact of developmental or relational wounds. My work is grounded in helping people understand themselves with more compassion, build greater inner stability, and move toward healing in a way that feels manageable and meaningful. Clients often tell me they appreciate that I am both gentle and grounded — someone who helps them feel seen while also offering practical tools and insight. I believe healing happens in safe connection, and I aim to create a space where you do not have to carry everything alone.”
