Mrs Alexia Konstantinou

Psychotherapist

An experienced lincensed psychologist, holder of MSc (Development and psychopathology), trained in existential systemic psychotherapy approach, under supervision, over 350 hours of personal therapy

About Me

I guide individuals to explore life's deeper questions and relationship patterns, drawing on an existential systemic approach. As an experienced licensed psychologist, I help you understand how your past shapes your present. My training in development and psychopathology allows us to make sense of complex feelings together. Clients seeking to navigate personal growth and relational challenges will find a thoughtful, supportive space to move forward.

Approach

Rooted in developmental and clinical training, my work unfolds through attentive questioning and mapping of relational patterns to uncover recurring meanings. In Athens I offer Greek-language sessions and secure online meetings, where therapy moves at a deliberate, exploratory pace shaped by each person's rhythm. We trace links between early experiences and current dilemmas, try small reflective experiments in-session and set brief between-session reflections to test new ways of relating. Those facing life transitions, anxiety or family tensions often find this careful, collaborative approach helpful.
