Ms Alexandra Vaporidis, BPsych

Licensed Psychologist

My ideal clients are individuals, couples, and families navigating relationship stress, parenting challenges, or major life transitions. They want a collaborative, relationship-focused approach to healing. You value working with an experienced, culturally attuned therapist who uses attachment-based and systemic methods to help you build healthier coping patterns.

About Me

I am a licensed psychologist registered with the Counsellors and Psychologists Board of Kenya (CPBK). I bring over 15 years of experience as a school counsellor (working with children, adolescents, parents and teachers) and private practitioner across diverse cultural settings in Nairobi and Addis Ababa. I am completing my Master’s in Marital and Family Therapy at USIU-Africa, and I practice under professional clinical supervision to maintain high ethical standards. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating emotional wellbeing, relationship hurdles, parenting, stress, and major life transitions.

Approach

My practice is collaborative, relational, and systemic. I integrate attachment-based therapy, Bowenian family systems, experiential approaches, and mindfulness. This helps you understand your relational patterns and build healthier ways of connecting.
