I work with expats and internationals who look like they're managing life on the outside but feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in overthinking on the inside, starting by regulating the nervous system, then using Schema Therapy, CBT, and ACT to work through the deeper patterns behind anxiety, relationship struggles, burnout, and low self-esteem. My goal is to help you move from just understanding your struggles to actually transforming them into lasting, practical change in your daily life.

About Me

I am a psychologist registered with the Netherlands Institute of Psychologists (NIP). I trained as a psychologist at Babeș-Bolyai University, and I've built my practice around Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, with additional training in Schema Therapy, ACT, and Nervous System Regulation. I didn't become a therapist by accident. I've had my own periods of feeling lost, moments where life looked fine from the outside but felt heavy on the inside. Going through that shaped the way I show up for my clients today: with depth and real care, not just technique. I know what it's like to carry things quietly, and I know how much it can change everything to finally be met with understanding. I especially love working with people who seem to "have it all together" but are quietly struggling with self-doubt, overthinking, or emotional overwhelm, because I understand that gap between the outside and the inside very personally. What matters most to me is helping people not just understand their struggles intellectually, but actually feel the shift in their daily lives.
