About Me
Approach
My focus is on working with clients in a way that best suits their unique needs. I follow an integrated approach with a developmental perspective. I work on the cognitive (thoughts), affective (feelings), behavioral and physiological levels in terms of determining whether the objective of therapy is to alter self-defeating thought patterns and beliefs, or work with emotions to gain a deeper understanding (insight-based) about what motivates behavior, or whether to alter problem behaviors and improve body awareness.
Ask a quick question or arrange a time to meet.
