About Me

I offer a compassionate and ethical space to explore a variety of mental health issues. My approach is rooted in patience and empathy, guiding you through diverse emotional challenges. You will find a truly heard space, allowing us to work at your own pace. With a year of post-training experience, I help clients build resilience. I am a good match for anyone seeking a dedicated, understanding professional to navigate their unique concerns.

Approach

Sessions unfold as steady, paced conversations that honour your rhythm and focus on practical steps toward clearer functioning. Based in New Delhi, I work in English, Hindi/Urdu and Punjabi and offer both in-person and online sessions to fit daily life. I combine brief, structured assessments with experiential ACT-informed exercises and collaborative goal-setting, using psychometric feedback to tailor what we try between meetings. This way of working suits adolescents, adults and parents seeking calm, evidence-minded support.
