Registered Psychologist

verified by TherapyRoute

I am a multi-cultural therapist with a proactive approach taking your goals in mind to improve your mental health and reach your therapeutic goals. I use a variety of evidence based approaches including schema therapy and narrative therapy and mainly work with Third Culture Kids (TCKs), and Expats/Immigrants.

About Me

I am a Registered Psychologist in the Netherlands. I help people with relationship issues, anxiety and mood disorders. I address cross-cultural stress and provide a safe space for LGBTQI+ people using ACT, Imagery Rescripting and schema therapy.

Approach

Feeling at home—within yourself and in the world—can be challenging when you've lived across cultures. As a therapist who grew up between Argentina and the U.S. and studied in Europe and Brazil, I understand the unique experiences of expats, third-culture kids, and digital nomads. My passion is creating a safe, affirming space where globally minded individuals can explore their emotions, challenges, and identities without judgment. Even though I am a registered psychologist in the Netherlands I am currently a digital nomad and my practice is 100% online.

Basic Information

Services

I believe therapy should be a collaborative and practical process, grounded in evidence-based techniques and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we’ll work toward tangible goals to help you feel more at ease, empowered, and aligned with your authentic self. At the core of my approach is schema therapy, which explores the deeply held beliefs and patterns that shape your emotions and behaviors. If past experiences still affect you today, we’ll work to understand and reshape those patterns so they no longer hold you back!
