About Me

Navigating challenges with body image, disordered eating, or the weight of anxiety can feel isolating. I offer a warm, collaborative space. Here, we can explore these experiences, alongside self-esteem and interpersonal skills. We'll work together to understand underlying patterns and develop practical strategies for daily life. This approach particularly supports women seeking to build confidence and find greater emotional balance.

Approach

Against the isolating weight of body image concerns and anxiety, my work focuses on gentle curiosity paired with practical skill-building to shift everyday patterns. I meet people from Manotick and beyond in English, offering flexible in-person and online sessions that move at a steady, kind pace. Sessions blend reflective exploration of relationships and inner experience with brief between-session experiments—small habits, journaling prompts or grounding practices—that you can try and report back on. This approach often suits women and others seeking steady, collaborative change.
