About Me

I am a Counseling psychologist dedicated to helping individuals process the lasting impact of trauma. I offer guidance to clients from adolescence through to later life. Using proven techniques like EMDR, I support you in gently exploring challenging memories and building inner resilience. My aim is to create a safe, collaborative space where you find stability and a path forward.

Approach

Training in trauma work shapes a steady, paced approach that lets us attend to material when you feel ready and pause when you need containment. I offer sessions in Delhi or online in English and Hindi/Urdu, keeping appointments focused yet flexible to fit your life. Sessions usually blend gentle titration of memories, somatic grounding, relational reflection and practical skills; between meetings I share short stabilising practices to try at home. This way tends to help people seeking careful processing of difficult experiences while rebuilding everyday resilience.
