Abeer Jammoul

Clinical Psychologist

I am a Clinical Gestalt therapist with expertise in integrating components of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychodynamic therapy, and Logotherapy. I provide a secure environment for clients to delve into deeply rooted dynamics and challenges, offering an empathetic and non-judgmental presence.

About Me

Navigating deeply rooted patterns can feel overwhelming. I provide a secure, empathetic space where we can gently explore your unique dynamics. As a Clinical Gestalt therapist, I integrate approaches like ACT, Psychodynamic therapy, and Logotherapy. This helps us uncover the roots of challenges, fostering clarity. My non-judgmental presence supports those ready to understand themselves fully and find a way forward.

Approach

You’ll notice attention shifts between what’s happening in the room and what keeps replaying outside it, tracking sensations, impulses and the stories that shape them. I offer sessions in Arabic and English from Furn El Chebbak or online, pacing work to your tolerance and using brief experiments or gentle practices between meetings to test new ways of relating to thoughts and feelings. Sessions feel practical and reflective—direct, compassionate and body-aware. This approach often helps those facing anxiety, mood struggles, trauma or rocky relationships find clearer, steadier ground.
